Located in the heart of Lima’s tourist district, right next to Kennedy Park, this is one of the city’s most iconic and photographed churches. Built in 1930 and designed by the famous Polish architect Ricardo de Jaxa Malachowski, it features a beautiful Neoclassical style. It is a vibrant “working” church where locals gather for daily mass. Visitors often enjoy the peaceful contrast it provides to the bustling parks and shopping areas surrounding it.
