Miami Pre-Cruise | Icon of the Seas | Ep 1

We're in Miami!

Palm trees, neon lights, fun vibes - this is mostly what we have in mind when we speak of Miami. Its cruise port is considered the Cruise Capital of the World. However, Miami has more than what meets the eye.

We had a day and a half to see what else the city has to offer.

We came across this amazing food tour: https://www.secretfoodtours.com/miami/express-tours-little-havana/ and we had the best time with our guide Ceasar. Truly one way to see culture is to eat through it!

We also got to see ships sailing away (arguably one of our favourite past times) from Southpoint.

Of course, we cannot pass on the famous South Beach where all the iconic images of Miami come alive. Although we were not in our element here, we still got to admire the unique art deco and the vibe all around here.

In the morning before we head to the cruise terminal, we got to experience for the first time, the driverless WAYMO and I have to say, we are fans!

We also got a glimpse of the Wynwood district - which we would definitely come and see again in many future cruises of out Miami.
