Day 1 – Pre Cruise Athens Tour (Med Cruise 2024)

Welcome to Athens — the historic and compact capital of Greece.

Join us as we spend over 24 hours exploring this fascinating city, the day before we embark on our cruise.

One of the highlights of our visit was the Acropolis. Along the way, we explored some of Athens’ most iconic sights, including the Roman Agora, the Plaka district, Monastiraki Square, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and Syntagma Square — and more. Of course, we also made time to try authentic Greek food.

We stayed at the NLH Kerameikos Neighbourhood Lifestyle Hotel, which offered stunning panoramic views of the city and unforgettable nighttime views of the Parthenon.
