Rosa Nautica

This restaurant is built on a pier right over the ocean in Lima. You can watch people surfing at Playa Makaha through the large windows while you have lunch. It is a very popular spot for fresh ceviche and local seafood dishes.

To get there, just walk down the stairs from the Miraflores boardwalk. It is best to go during the day so you can actually see the waves. It often gets breezy sitting over the water, so bring a sweater with you.
