Means little monastery. This was our main metro centre point nearest the hotel. It is bustling, and a major tourist attraction for bargain shopping in Athens.
Stop here if you want to experience the noisy heart of the city and find cheap souvenirs. Avoid the center of the plaza if you dislike large crowds and heavy traffic.
