Straw Market

You’ll find this market right in the middle of downtown Nassau. It’s a busy spot filled with rows of stalls selling items like handwoven hats, bags, and wooden carvings. You can actually see some of the local vendors making the straw goods while you walk through. It is a good place to pick up a souvenir or some handmade jewelry.

Don’t be afraid to bargain over the price, as that is expected here. It gets a bit crowded, but it is a quick walk from the cruise terminal.
