Torri ta' Wignacourt is a watchtower in St Paul's Bay, Malta, built around 1610. The structure now operates as a small museum, with displays covering the tower's construction and its history over the centuries.
The tower stands close to the water and offers views out over the sea from its upper levels. As one of Malta's older coastal fortifications, it gives visitors a straightforward account of how such structures were built and used.
The museum is managed by Din l-Art Helwa, a Maltese heritage organisation responsible for several historic properties across the islands.
Location
Torri ta' Wignacourt sits on the waterfront in St Paul's Bay, on the north-western coast of Malta.
