Morimoto Asia

You can find Morimoto Asia right in the Landing area of Disney Springs. It’s a big, two-story spot created by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Inside, there is a large exhibition kitchen where you can watch the chefs work. They serve a wide range of Pan-Asian dishes like sushi, dim sum, and Peking duck.

This place is actually recognized by the Michelin Guide. If you want a specific experience, there is a separate sushi bar upstairs. It is a solid choice for a nice meal while you are out shopping.
